Review of "You Can Heal Your Life" by Louise Hay

I've spent the last couple weeks listening to this wonderful woman show me how to live a more productive and happy life, while on my morning walk. Louise Hay, a celebrated author of several positive affirmation and self-help books is someone to behold.

Her main premise is that all that you have in your life, good or bad comes from your own thoughts. If you focus and think only of lack and being broke, you attract more situations to feel that way. Its about getting control of your mind and creating the life you want.

I recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their lives. You can't only work on getting your body healthy through exercise and nutrition, you also have to work on your thoughts, and inject some positivity and  move beyond your past.

As Ms. Hay proclaims, "You don't go looking for tonight's dinner in yesterday's trash."
